hampson woods at gail’s bakery
We were approached to install some of our pieces on the newly renovated walls of Gail’s Bakery’s 21st London store in Temple Fortune NW11. Deep, narrow, full of light and foliage, it is a peach of a space – beautifully designed by the Hackney-based architecture firm Red Deer.
As well as a range of our boards taking pride of place on their walls, we were commissioned to create a bread peel for their master baker, Roy. At almost 6 feet in length, we had a lot of fun shaping that giant board / paddle / spoon hybrid!
